GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING NOVEMBER 17, 2010
The General Membership meeting of
the NYC Verrazano 10-13 Association was held on Wednesday, November 17, 2010. There were 70 plus members in attendance at the meeting.
As per the Constitution and By Laws, that constituted a quorum. There were two candidates for the office of President: Anthony DeNatale and John Donohue. The positions of Vice President, Recording Secretary and Corresponding Secretary was unopposed. There were two candidates for Sergeant-at-Arms: Joseph Cammilleri and Ralph Caldarola. An election to the Board of Officers was conducted and votes were tabulated by the Election Committee with the following results:
President: Anthony DeNatale
Vice-President: Robert Walsh
Recording Secretary: John McLoughlin
Corresponding Secretary: Ellen Bjorkstrom
Sergeant-at-Arms: Joseph Cammilleri
The office of Treasurer was not contested. However, the current Treasurer, Frank Martarella will remain as Treasurer until such time as a new candidate for that position will fill the position.

Mr. Tom Deger, Director of the Police Relief Fund, and Sergeant Jerry Cooke were presented with a check for $2,000.00. The funds were raised at the 8th Annual Golf Outing at Silver Lake Golf Course.
