enforcement agencies are also asked to submit their work. No author fees are paid for submitted writing. However, publication on the Internet is an excellent way for unpublished authors to test
reader reaction to their work. Copyright is retained by the author including First North American Rights, book rights, magazine rights, and subsidiary rights such as film, TV, video copyrights. This online
